Leaders Engaging in Advanced Discovery.

In my pursuit of creativity, success,

and an official certificate,

I’ve learned a lot about leadership.

I approach the process like a poem.

I pay attention to the rhythm

of the room and arrange myself

so I rhyme instead of rattle.

Situations come along with context, so

I come through with curiosity, concept,

and a little bit of caution.

I regularly revise myself to be more

energetic, empathetic, efficient.

I aim to understand as much as I can

about the task at hand

and the people I stand with.
